Our standard training sticks are 4 foot long, made of a strong, yet flexible fiberglass, that is tapered at the end for ease of use. They are very balanced and easy to use. Black leather top, golf club style handle, these sticks come equipped with a 5 and a half foot savvy string. A very nice, economic stick. Sticks weigh 11 ounces, with the exception of the orange stick- it has more of a taper and only weighs 9 ounces *(with string).
Please note: Black sticks now come with BROWN leather tops, not black. My current supplier has been backordered on sticks for nearly a year, and I’ve run out of black and white sticks, so I ordered from a new distributor- and the black sticks came with brown tops. Same great quality, just a different color.

We are very pleased to offer the nicest training stick/ carrot stick/ handy stick you’ll lay your hands on. These Heavy Duty sticks were designed by us here at Half Circle Ranch from start to finish, and we’re VERY pleased with the results. These sticks are 4′ long, with a HEAVY rubber tip- my children have been playing with one of my first prototypes for about 9 months- and even after being run over with the lawnmower (and the tip then epoxied back on!) and tens of thousands of whacks on the concrete floor in my shop, the stick has held up. The handle is a soft , rubber grip – think golf grip, it’s very comfortable to hold in your hand. The stick itself is a straight, 9mm stick- I tried many styles, from an 11mm to 7mm taper- the the straight 9mm just felt ‘right’. The sticks come in black, white, purple, pink, blue, green, florescent yellow, red, and orange. They come complete with a 6′ black string- it’s complete weight, with string, is 11.2 ounces. The string features a large eye splice on one end to attach to your stick- and another lovely perk to these strings, they come with an eye splice at the popper end- so should your popper ever fail, it will be very easy to replace. You will not be disappointed in this stick.
